Delivery
Individual item delivery periods are quoted at checkout
where ever possible.
Most items advertised on this site are
ex stock in the U.K.
Delivery methods may vary dependent upon the size and weight of the
item.
We try to despatch on the day following order placement although
certain items
may take longer.
In the unlikely event that your item is out of stock we will notify you
of the delay
which is usually no more than 21 days.

The company is fully compliant with the Distance
Trading Act,
and all other relevant acts applicable under English Law.
Under current legislation any purchase made by
Internet transaction is covered by a two week cooling off period from
receipt of goods
during which you may cancel your order and return the purchase for a
refund of the full purchase price.
Item
Exchange
Even
when you have measured accurately and chosen carefully,
we realise you may still wish to return your item for a
alternative colour or
more likely a different size. O.k. so send us an email
within 2 weeks of receipt
remember to tell us your order number and the alternative
you require.
then return your purchase in as new condition and we will be
pleased to exchange your purchase.
When returning Jackets, Coats and items of Foot Ware for exchange please enclose £4.90
to cover return postage.
We regret we are unable to
exchange items which are supplied display packed,
if the display packaging has been opened. ( applies usually only to
shirts )
Unserviceable Item
Should the purchase you receive be in way any
unserviceable, simply return
the unused item
and we will arrange a replacement or when a replacement is not available
a refund.
Unwanted Items
We understand that having purchased an item, there may be
circumstances which mean you wish
to return your purchase for refund, if so, email us at
RETURNS@AEPWORLDWIDE.COM within
14 days of
receipt, quoting your order number.
Please return the items in as new condition by recorded delivery and we will
organise your refund within 30 days.
We regret we are unable to accept the return or exchange where display
packaging has been damaged,
usually applies only to shirts.
Guarantee
All items sold on this site are covered by the manufacturers
guarantee of fitness for purpose.
If your item does perform as may be expected, email us and return your
item.
Where the item is clearly at fault we will replace the item and take up
the matter with the manufacture.
Items which appear to have been damaged or show inappropriate usage,
will be retuned to the manufacture
for investigation and sentence and only replaced with the manufacturers
agreement.

and all other acts applicable under English Law.
No personal data is retained after order completion save that necessary
for the purchase guarantee.

necessary to complete the transaction.
